It is our privilege to welcome you to the Wal-Bon Corporation. We congratulate you on your decision to join our Wal-Bon Family and wish you every success in your job, and we hope that you quickly feel part of the Wal-bon family. The policies and guidance provided on this Employee Portal and in the Payroll System Dashboard were developed to describe some of the expectations we have for all of our employees and what you can expect from us. We hope that your experience here will be challenging, enjoyable, and rewarding. Again, we WELCOME YOU!

Our Employee Portal has been prepared to provide employees with company information and news, policies, procedures, expectations, tools and resources.  It is not all-inclusive or intended to provide strict interpretations of our policies; rather, it offers an overview of the work environment. The Employee Portal and company policies are not a contract, expressed or implied, guaranteeing employment for any length of time, and is not intended to induce an employee to accept employment with Wal-Bon Corporation.

The Wal-Bon Corporation reserves the right to unilaterally revise, suspend, revoke, terminate or change any of its policies, in whole or in part, whether described within this portal or elsewhere, in its sole discretion. If any discrepancy between the information contained in company portal arises, conform to the current Wal-Bon Corporation policy. Employment at Wal-Bon of Ohio, Inc. is “At-Will”. This Employee Portal (and the policies contained herein) is not a contract of employment and does not create a contract of employment. There is no contract, nor implied contract of employment for any employee of Wal-Bon Corporation; and the hiring of an employee shall not be considered as creating a contractual relationship.  An at-will employment relationship can be terminated at any time, with or without reason or notice by either the employer or the employee. The at-will employment status of each employee cannot be altered by any verbal statement or alleged verbal agreement of Wal-Bon Corporation personnel. It can only be changed by a legally binding, written contract covering employment status. An example of this would be a written employment agreement for a specific duration of time.
